Before you commit to anything, we meet for 90 minutes — and this is not a consultation or a sales conversation. It's a real session. We go deep into your story, I listen for the pattern underneath the pattern, and then we do actual change work together, so you feel something move before you ever decide about the rest.

Most women leave this session asking me one question: when can I come back?

The Excavation

We find where the disconnection began. The moment your worth got tied to your output. And we begin updating the meaning your subconscious attached to it — she was protecting you; you don't need that protection anymore.

We clear the pattern itself — the always-doing, the never-enough loop. You release what you don't want to repeat. You keep every lesson and the appreciation for it. No guilt in the letting go.
